An ambitious program for generating most of the City’s energy from renewable sources will be presented and thus achieving energy independance. 2) Development of the local economy, industry and business and addressing the building shortage 3) Furthering Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and of the Jewish people, by strengtheninng its culture, transport, sustainability, education, employment, housing, tourism, water and renewable energy sources. The conference will cocluyde with the establishmnet of the Greater Jerusalem Council with members of the Jerusalem City Council and from councils of other neighboring towns and regions.
