		<description>Laura: I certainly did not mean that women shouldn&#039;t sue. I was trying to cover the different views that were expressed on the list, and I think that the woman who said this was pointing out a potential risk of successful cases like the one mentioned above. Whether she&#039;s right or wrong, I don&#039;t know, but I personally think that if an employer breaks a law meant to protect an employee, that employer should be sued. I am personally tired of the laxity in general law enforcement here, where laws are seen as a &quot;recommendation,&quot; but if you break them, there are no consequences.</description>

		<description>Please do not warn other women not to sue. Women do not need men to keep them down. We women do it ourselves.  Since the sexual harassment laws are on the book and women have been suing, women&#039;s position in the work place has been improved.</description>
